Topics Covered:

Step 1️: Build your campaigns on Excel or Google Sheets including columns for Campaigns, Ad Groups, and Keywords

Step 2️: Open your Google Ads account via the Editor and get recent changes

1. Click "Open" under Account

2. Select the Account and click "Open"

3. Click "Get recent changes" and "More data"

4. Choose to download "All campaigns" and click "OK"

Step 3️: Click on the Account name

Step 4️: Select Keywords under "Keywords & targeting"

Step 5️: Click on "Make multiple changes"

Step 6️: Copy-paste your entire campaign structure and click on "Paste from clipboard"

Step 7️: Double-check the columns and click on "Process"

Make sure the columns are correct in identifying the data (i.e. Campaign, Ad Group, Keyword). If the system doesn't recognize the correct columns, you can change it from the dropdown menu.

Step 8️: Finish and review changes and click on "Keep"

Step 9: Complete the Set Up

The account will show the newly added campaigns, ad groups, and keywords. The red dot with the exclamation (!) symbol signifies that there are incomplete settings such as budget. You can set this manually by selecting individual campaigns or in bulk by selecting multiple campaigns at once.

Step 10: Click on "Post" to upload the changes on Google Ads

That's it! Now you don't need to waste any more time and effort doing menial tasks and can focus on what's most important: your digital marketing strategy!
