Link Apollo.io with Claude

Once connected, Claude can interact with your Apollo.io account directly from the conversation window. You can ask Claude to look up contacts, search leads, pull company data, review sequences, and query your sales pipeline — all without leaving Claude. This lets you use AI to speed up prospecting, enrich lead research, and get instant answers about your Apollo data in natural language.

Go to Settings in your Claude account (accessible from the sidebar or profile menu at claude.ai), then look for the Connectors section. This is where all third-party integrations are managed, including Apollo.io, Asana, ClickUp, and others.

The Apollo.io integration in Claude works via Apollo's API. API access is typically available on paid Apollo.io plans. Free accounts may have limited API capabilities. If you encounter issues connecting, check that your Apollo.io plan supports third-party API integrations. Refer to Apollo.io's documentation for the most up-to-date plan requirements.

Yes. Once authorised, Claude can query your Apollo.io data through the integration. You can ask Claude to find contacts by company or job title, retrieve lead details, check sequence enrolment, and pull company intelligence in natural language — making it much faster to research prospects without switching between tools.

Go back to Settings → Connectors in Claude and find Apollo.io in your connected integrations. Click the disconnect or remove option to revoke access. You can also manage API access directly from your Apollo.io account under Settings → Integrations.

Connector availability in Claude depends on your plan and region. If Apollo.io appears in your Settings → Connectors list, it is available for your account. Claude Pro subscribers generally have access to more connectors and higher usage limits. Check the Connectors section in your account to see what is currently available.
