Link Google Calendar with Claude

Once connected, Claude can read and interact with your Google Calendar directly from the conversation window. You can ask Claude to create new events, check your availability, list upcoming meetings, reschedule appointments, and add guests — all without leaving Claude. This makes it easy to plan your day, schedule calls, and manage your calendar using natural language.

The Customize option is found in the left-hand sidebar of the Claude interface at claude.ai. Click it to open the customisation panel, then select Connect your tools to browse and manage all available integrations including Google Calendar.

Yes. Once authorised, Claude can create events, set titles and descriptions, add start and end times, invite guests, and set reminders in your Google Calendar. Simply tell Claude what you need in natural language — for example, "Schedule a 30-minute call with the team tomorrow at 10am" — and Claude will create the event for you.

During the connection flow, you'll be prompted to choose which Google account to link. Claude will connect to the primary calendar of that account. If you manage multiple Google accounts, make sure to select the right one during the authorisation step. You can reconnect at any time to switch accounts.

Go back to Customize → Connect your tools in Claude and find Google Calendar in your connected integrations. Click the disconnect or remove option to revoke access. You can also remove Claude's access directly from your Google Account under Security → Third-party apps with account access.

Tool availability in Claude depends on your plan and region. If Google Calendar appears in your Customize → Connect your tools list, it is available for your account. Claude Pro subscribers generally have access to more tools and higher usage limits. Check the Connect your tools section in your account to see what is currently available.
