Link Klaviyo to Claude

Once connected, Claude can interact with your Klaviyo account directly from the conversation window. You can ask Claude to look up subscriber profiles, query campaign performance, review flow analytics, check list segments, and pull email engagement metrics — all without leaving Claude. This lets you use AI to analyse your email marketing data, diagnose deliverability issues, and get instant answers from Klaviyo in natural language.

Go to Settings in your Claude account (accessible from the sidebar or profile menu at claude.ai), then look for the Connectors section. This is where all third-party integrations are managed, including Klaviyo, Zapier, Ahrefs, and others.

The Klaviyo integration in Claude works via Klaviyo's API, which is available on all paid Klaviyo plans. Free accounts have limited API access and send credits. For full functionality — including querying campaign data and subscriber profiles — a paid plan is recommended. Refer to Klaviyo's documentation for the most up-to-date API requirements.

Yes. Once authorised, Claude can access your Klaviyo data through the integration. You can ask Claude to retrieve campaign statistics, look up subscriber details, check list sizes, review flow performance, and pull segment data in natural language — making it faster to monitor your email marketing without navigating the Klaviyo dashboard.

Go back to Settings → Connectors in Claude and find Klaviyo in your connected integrations. Click the disconnect or remove option to revoke access. You can also manage API key permissions directly from your Klaviyo account under Account → Settings → API Keys.

Connector availability in Claude depends on your plan and region. If Klaviyo appears in your Settings → Connectors list, it is available for your account. Claude Pro subscribers generally have access to more connectors and higher usage limits. Check the Connectors section in your account to see what is currently available.
