Common questions about finding and downloading invoices in TikTok Ads Manager.
Invoices are found under Tools → Finance in TikTok Ads Manager. The Finance section contains your billing history, including all charges made to your ad account, payment records, and downloadable invoice documents. Note that Finance appears under the Settings group within the Tools menu — scroll down if you don't see it immediately.
Yes. The Finance section includes a date filter that lets you select a specific time period to view. This is useful when you need invoices for a particular month, quarter, or fiscal year for accounting purposes. Select your desired date range and the list will update to show only the billing records within that period.
TikTok Ads invoices are downloaded as PDF files. Each invoice includes the billing period, ad account name and ID, itemised charges, total amount billed, and TikTok's company details. These PDF invoices are suitable for submitting to accountants, inclusion in expense reports, or VAT reclaim purposes.
There are a few common reasons: your account may be on a prepaid (top-up) billing model rather than postpaid invoicing, in which case you may see payment receipts instead of formal invoices. Alternatively, your ad account may not have incurred any charges yet, or the date range you have selected doesn't include any billing activity. Check that the date filter is set to a period when your campaigns were active and spending.
Invoices are account-specific — you need to access the Finance section within each individual ad account. If you manage multiple accounts, switch between them using the account selector at the top of TikTok Ads Manager and navigate to Tools → Finance for each one. There is currently no consolidated view that shows invoices across all accounts in a single screen.
Access to the Finance section depends on the user's permission level within TikTok Ads Manager. Account Operators (full access) can typically view and download invoices. Analysts (read-only access) may have limited or no access to billing information. If you are a team member who cannot see the Finance section, ask the account admin to check and update your access level in TikTok Business Center.
